Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-driven Business Development Executive to identify opportunities, acquire clients, and achieve revenue targets while nurturing client relationships.
- Identify and close potential business leads by analyzing market needs and trends.
- Prepare proposals and take full ownership of account management.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets as outlined in the KRA.
- Lead and manage a tele-caller team across multiple domains.
- Strategize to build and acquire clients across industries for research and consulting services.
- Nurture client accounts, ensuring effective account management and retention.
- Conduct weekly reviews with subordinates to monitor performance and progress.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure efficient and quality output.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage clients with clarity, enthusiasm, and tact.
- Education: Postgraduate (MBA, BE/ME, MSc, MCA).
- Experience: 0–1 year in the industry.
